About Angela
Having worked in the wellness industry for over 20 years in exercise physiology and holistic health Angela has been fortunate to coach some of the world's most successful people. She's co-founded and exercise physiology centre, developed an international health coaching program and team of health coaches, speaks internationally, hosts a podcast and mentors award winning trainers.
In 2015, her life changed forever when her son Will was born and passed away at 104days old. She was blessed a year later with her daughter Liv. Her journey led her to go deeper within emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. She has studied, experienced and learnt from some of the worlds best in many different modalities to bring the 4D approach to life.
Angela believes to succeed with fulfillment its about becoming your best self 4 Dimensionally and aligning your business to your life and what's important to you.
As a Mum and business owner, she practices what she preaches and her personal story is testament to that.

As an incessant high achiever, I had been on a 20year quest.
